**What you will be doing**:
You will be responsible in developing brand awareness in the Broker market, with a key focus on increasing activity generated from existing Broker relationships. Some of your other tasks will include executing marketing strategies and assisting with campaign development. You will also play an essential part in building and engaging Shift’s Broker pipeline and get to create effective strategies that promote Shift’s long-term growth.

**How you will make a difference**
- You’ll be responsible in ensuring Broker and Aggregator partners informed and up to date with Shift's platform and products through several marketing channels.
- Support the go-to-market strategy and execution for any new platform or product releases.
- You’ll assist in developing and implementing automated communications strategy across the Broker lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of quarterly campaigns and use analyse performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You’ll develop sales enablement materials such as pitch packs and social media content.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related industry is required

**Skills that set you apart**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to the finance/broker industry
- Demonstrated experience successfully working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve a shared outcome
