Seeking a passionate Broking Assistant to support our Aviation insurance broking team

**The purpose of this role** provides flexible administrative support, data entry and policy document preparation. You will work in a collaborative team environment based in Sunshine Coast for a global reputable business.
- Providing timely and accurate administrative support
- Answering and directing calls
- Banking
- Undertaking data entry of policy documents with speed, excellent accuracy and high attention to detail
- Obtaining required information from colleagues in relation to incomplete data
- Verifying policy data and correcting data where necessary

**This is a great role to be considered** if you can demonstrate:

- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A driven and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to focus and be comfortable with repetitive tasks and entering large volumes of data when required
- You may be a recent graduate looking for a start in your career
- Experience is not essential to be successful in this role (full training provided)
