The Role

We're seeking a dynamic 2IC Marketing Manager to support the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and play a critical role in leading our marketing initiatives. You'll guide the marketing team and be hands-on in the development and execution of strategic campaigns while ensuring alignment across multiple business areas.

This role is open to either part-time (3 days a week) or full-time—please specify your preference when applying.

There is also the potential of flexible working hours to fit around school hours or other personal responsibilities.

What You'll Do

As our 2IC Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies that enhance the East West Group brands and drive business growth. From digital campaigns to customer retention initiatives, you'll assist in overseeing a variety of marketing activities that engage internal and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who loves working on multiple projects, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2IC Leadership: Assist to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategy to execution
• Team Guidance: Mentor and coordinate the marketing team
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors for cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
• Customer Experience Management: Oversee customer journey mapping, collaborating closely with the team to optimise client interactions.
• Content Oversight: Ensure content quality and alignment across platforms to support brand visibility and sales growth.
• Performance Analytics: Track marketing success and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Strategic Input: Support the CXO with decision-making and resource planning.
