**Your new role**
An opportunity exists for an accomplished Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join the Accounts and Payroll team in Adelaide on a full-time basis. The varied and challenging role will include:

- Processing Accounts Payable/Receivable including entry of invoices and work flowing for approval
- Reconciliation of invoices to supplier statements
- Weekly and ad-hoc payment runs of supplier invoices
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Backup and support for Payroll process
- Associated accounting and administration activities, including assisting the Accounts Manager on ATO BAS & FBT returns

Key to your success within the role will be:

- Minimum 10 years' experience in an accounts/administrative role
- Demonstrated ability to support the payroll function
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
- Completed qualifications in business admin or accounting related studies
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be highly regarded
- Advanced computer skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office packages
- A positive can-do attitude to getting things done
