**Your new role**
- High volume data entry of invoices
- Processing of travel allowances and staff reimbursements
- Allocation and Processing of creditor invoices
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of approved invoices to correct account codes
- Review communication through the Accounts Payable team mailbox and allocation
- Prepare weekly payment run files ensuring compliance with payment terms and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Create ABA files for electronic payment processing
- Filing, archiving, reporting and document control for the AP
- Creation, maintenance, and reconciliation of creditors
- Ensure strong process controls are adhered to and maintained

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate/Diploma/degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounts payable functions and processes
- Thorough understanding of Goods & Services Tax
- Excellent MS Office and database skills
- High degree of accuracy in your work
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Team oriented
- Respond positively to direction and guidance
