**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for an **Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager **to join our Finance team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a team of highly capable Accounts Officers, and be accountable for their hire, training, supervision, and evaluation. This includes ensuring the team operates according to procedures, whilst also maintaining the morale and motivation of the team. You will also be responsible for continuously analysing and making investigations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of relevant systems.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Overseeing the delivery of an effective accounts function that meets the needs of key internal and external stakeholders for Australia and New Zealand
- Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and functions of the team
- Preparing and maintaining standard operating policies and procedures for cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable (procure to pay), expense reimbursements and corporate credit cards
- Overseeing end of month processes within the accounts function, and working closely with the financial accounting team to ensure required reporting deadlines are met

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar lead/management position
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A strong process improvement focus, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
