**About the Role**

Due to our rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced, dedicated and proactive Account Director or Account Manager to join our growing team working with some of Australia’s leading organisations.

With a focus on creative collaboration, you’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced environment working closely with agile teams on exciting strategic projects. Going just beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in the development of digital strategies for your clients.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is an aspiring leader, someone who is passionate about performance with a proven track record of Identifying opportunities to deliver value to clients.

You’ll enjoy being part of an agile team working in a dynamic environment built on collaboration and communication.

**Skills you’ll possess**:

- Strong attention to detail and good communication
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to spot opportunities proactively
- A good understanding of the world of digital including CX and UX design, digital marketing, data analytics and development processes (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar or relevant digital role is pr
