This is a Permanent Full-time role.
We work under a Hybrid working model, meaning you’ll spend some of your time working from home and as well as in our new offices based at 699 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Catch is currently looking for a People Reporting, Analytics & Systems Lead to join our growing People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, you will be the product owner for all People & Culture Systems, maintain our employee-related database and produce business required reports to assist the business in managing their people. You will be the custodian of people data and responsible for the overall data integrity and functionality of People systems.

What You'll Be Doing
What does a normal day in the life of a People Reporting, Analytics & Systems Lead at Catch look like?
Wellno two days at Catch are alike, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, plus ad hoc reporting as required.
- Create custom and periodic People reports/dashboards, providing commentary and recommendations on matters such as cost reduction, headcount, diversity and inclusion, workforce mix, and leave management.
- Custodian of people data and responsible for the overall data integrity.
- Be the product owner for all People systems, including LiveHire, HROnboard, CultureAmp and Litmus, ensuring flow of data and integration as required.
- Creation of a People systems roadmap that continuously improves and optimises functionality of People systems.
- Drive continued automation, process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
- Train and support the People & Culture team to improve their data and systems knowledge.

The Skills You’ll Have
- Degree qualified, preferably in HR, analytics, Business.
- Strong reporting and systems experience, with knowledge in recruiting and onboarding modules.
- Experience and / or exposure through a direct or indirect working relationship with Payroll, P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Remuneration and Benefits.
- Experience in complex problem solving, mediating decision making in addition to engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with a passion for data, reporting and systems.
- Solutions oriented and always looking to improve and better the experience for our people.
- Customer focused, attention to detail and ability to problem solve independently as with the team.
