**Chang Le Yuan Pty Ltd is a NDIS registered service provider**, and we are looking for qualified and experienced Support Workers (Casual).

**Support worker (Disability)Job descriptions and main responsibilities**:
1. Daily household activities ( cleaning, cooking etc.)

2. Assist participants to manage their own personal hygiene.

3. Rehabilitation assistance and care.

4. A Child carer

5. Pick up services (you need to have your own car, but we will give car allowance).

**Desirable**:
Understanding of the needs of vulnerable disability community from diverse backgrounds (Desirable)

Ability to work autonomously supporting disabilities living within their own homes

**Support worker (Homecare)Job descriptions and main responsibilities**:
1. Daily household activities (cleaning, cooking, washing clothing etc.)

2.Personal hygiene (helping with showering, changing diaper and getting dressed etc.)

**Desirable**:
Understanding of the needs of vulnerable disability community from diverse backgrounds (Desirable)

Ability to work autonomously supporting disabilities living within their own homes

Hourly Rate**:Fair work standard 3-4 hours/ day**

Salary**:$29.00 - $32.00 per hour**

Location**:Carlingford / Strathfield / Hurstville / Auburn**

COVID-19 considerations: Require to wear mask, gloves and shoe covers. Company will supply 50 pairs of gloves and one pair of reusable shoe covers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hurstville NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS WorkerScreen check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Police check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
