About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. As a Support Worker, you will provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants, assisting them in achieving their goals and living life on their terms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming

Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores

Support clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in activities

Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals

Administer medication (if required and trained)

Document and report on client progress and wellbeing

Requirements

Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (desirable)

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
