**Responsibilities**:

- Personal Care: Assist with toileting, showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Daily Living Tasks: Help with meal prep, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Social and Recreational Activities: Support outings, events, sports, and hobbies.
- Transportation: Assist with appointments and provide transportation.
- Health-Related Support: Monitor health and provide basic medical care.
- Emotional Support: Listen and create a supportive environment.
- Independent Living: Provide training in cooking, cleaning, and finance management.
- Medication: Administer or assist with medication according to policies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including daily logs and incident reports.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Report health changes and document support provided.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in support planning.
- Training & Development: Contribute to team meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Certificate IV in Aged Care

Security & Compliance Check:

- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Driver's License and Comprehensive Car Insurance (must)
