- **Description**_
We are looking for another team member to contribute to our cohesive manufacturing environment, taking on the role of a general production team member, amongst a team of 5-10 people in the transformer manufacturing-line.
- **Responsibilities**_
You will be given a variety of tasks to perform within the manufacturing process for transformers, working from start to finish on each transformer according to it's detailed design paperwork, where it is essential to have a very good eye for detail.

You will be trained on how to use the tools, machines and methods to get each job done. As a small business, the training will be working with the team (informal). It is expected that you use enthusiasm to contribute where you can and help out at all opportunity with other team members.
It is expected that you clean up the workspace, beyond what you have used on your own tasks. The team is responsible for the organisation of the manufacturing space.

Tasks
- assembly of transformers (stacking, terminating, varnishing)
- basic testing
- enclosure assembly with the team

**Requirements**:

- a keen eye for detail
- an open mind to learning a new task
- a social person who can interact with other team members about work, but not be distracted with non-work chat during business hours.
- a patient character, who is motivated by seeing a job done to completion.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Employees are required to wear a mask when travelling between workstations and break room.
