**Warehouse Team Lead (PM Shift)**

Our Fulfilment Centre (FC) Operations team supports four core departments - Inventory, Outbound, Inbound and Marketplace - operating around the clock to ensure our customers receive their products in great condition and quickly. Our FC is equipped with active pick towers and our Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS - amazing automated warehousing technology).

Our large Outbound team includes Pickers, Packers and ASRS Controllers who work with Carriers to get orders out as soon as possible. The Inbound Team is critical in supporting our Buyers, Vendor Management & FC Operations to get all of our latest products unpacked, re-packed and put away, ready for picking. They also process returns from our customers - a key part of our service offering which requires high attention to detail as we carefully quality test all returned items.

- Confident multi-tasker and enjoy working in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Extremely proactive and always look for ways to improve the processes in our department
- Enthusiastic about training and development, and I am dedicated to identifying areas of opportunity and working with staff to improve results.
- Be proactive in my own career development and know what I need to do to succeed in my role
- This role will be based in Yennora and will be on an evening shift starting from 4pm until 12am.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Lead and manage a team
- Ability to have difficult conversations and have experience managing conflict resolution.
- Trustworthy and take accountability for mine and my team's actions.
- Reliable and able to be flexible with my time as per business needs.
- Know how to deliver and accept feedback.
- Have a safety first mentality, putting the health and wellbeing of myself and my team members first.
