**About the Role**

As an Implementations Specialist for our Corporate and Key Accounts, and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be a go-to expert for two of our flagship Real Estate software products. Maintaining pre and post-sale relationships, you will provide in-person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers to onboard new branches, drive product adoption, project manage rebrands and problem-solve along the way.

**In a typical day you can expect to**:

- Provide product demos and training webinars to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client’s businesses.
- Onboard new branches within our client businesses and ensure smooth integrations.
- Conduct webinars, plan and deliver roll-outs of product updates to explain new features.
- Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems.
- Assist the Solutions Leader with retention of customers at the renewal stage.
- Anaylse data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.
- Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements - ensuring that product features are aligned with customer needs.
- Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.
- Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.

ESSENTIAL**:

- Proven ability to embed products and train clients in a similar role (e.g. Customer Success).
- Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication.
- Comfortable to be client-facing
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for risks and opportunities.
- Prioritisation and multi-tasking.
- Experience using a CRM system.

BONUS POINTS**:

- Real Estate, tech or Saas industry experience.
- Operations experience within a Real Estate Agency environment.
