**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing winning relationships with all key stake holders through high levels of contact. Leverage the relationships to influence customer to deliver share and sales growth across the TSSC snack portfolio
- Develop and execute promotional programs, that deliver AOP (Annual Operating Plan) gross, net sales growth and share, whilst managing D&A (Discounts and Allowances) investment and minimising net sales % margin drift, resulting in increased $ per kg.
- Develop and deliver Salty Snackfood retailing solutions to drive expandable consumption in National Petrol & Convenience.
- Leading promotional effectiveness and communication strategies for Petrol & Convenience accounts, ensuring timely access to promotions and NPD while combating competitors.
- Collaborating with key customers to develop joint business plans and optimizing product ranges and space management across all accounts are crucial for maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate Terms agreements to deliver growth, and contain O&A drift
- Partner with operational teams to ensure all strategies, plans and programs are brought to life through implementation at field level, to maximize sales growth opportunities.
- Participate in Sales Planning Meetings to detail Petrol & Convenience plans and opportunities.
Qualifications:
**About you**:
- Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable, with a minimum of 2-3 years as a Key Account Manager
- Experience in selling to organised accounts or Multi Site Owners in the FMCG industry is preferable.
- Ability to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.
- Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate at a National / State / Regional level
- Ability to identify opportunities and execute plans within accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of business reviews and how to find and communicate opportunities to customers.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
