To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive. Your role will be to support profitable and sustainable sales and growth of TSSC products within Global Customers through the execution of the Global Customers strategy for customers including Aldi and Costco.
**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the promotional program for Aldi and Costco to deliver against AOP financial metrics, working cross-functionally with all Account Teams and Net Revenue Management to minimise read across through the business, and in consultation with the National Account Manager.
- Deliver and manage the execution of Aldi and Costco promotional programs, new product launches and product changes.
- Assist with the development of the Aldi and Costco promotional programs that deliver against PepsiCo and Customer financial metrics.
- Review new business opportunities for Global Customers through commercial modelling and cross-functional engagement.
- Deliver customer specific category, forecast and financial analysis support for Global Customers
- Assist the Global Customers NAM in preparing internal and external business reviews by working cross-functionally to gather and collate information.
- Ensure internal alignment to the plan with Demand Planning and Finance.
- Partner with Customer Service & Supply teams to maximise service levels and communicate issues in a timely manner.
- Partner with Costco and Aldi to lead forecast collaboration
- Ensure accurate financial accruals for promotional program in accordance with PepsiCo compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial Finance to ensure accurate business reporting, analyse trade spend effectiveness, to build business proposals for growth, and to analyse performance to maximise efficiency.
- Maintain promotional, sales and trade spend trackers
- Ensure accurate pricing and discounts are set up in the system for Aldi and Costco
- Actively participate in all internal meetings to deliver the business plan.
- Assist with day-to-day ad hoc requests from Aldi and Costco
- Support the Global Customers Sales Coordinator with reporting and database/ systems management as required
- Support AOP development & process in conjunction with Commercial Finance team
Qualifications:
**About you**:
- Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related sales function in FMCG or like industry.
- Exposure to Aldi and Costco or exposure to organised accounts in the FMCG industry preferable.
- Proven track record in delivering results within a sales role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of category trends and insights with ability to execute into customer plans.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver business outcomes.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Results driven, with ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong analytical, planning and organisation skills.
