As a result of ORS’ successful growth in recent years and our plans for continued expansion, we are excited to announce a newly created executive level position for a Chief Operations Officer to help grow and develop our allied health divisions. You will be joining a highly successful privately owned Allied Health organisation of 550+ employees with multiple office locations in NSW, WA & VIC.

This role will report directly to the CEO and will provide direct management of up to eight Divisional Managers across our Allied Health portfolios of:

- Positive Behaviour Support
- Psychology
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
- Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology
- Dietetics
- Multi-Disciplinary consulting services

The successful applicant can be based at any our 18 office locations around Australia.

**About you**:
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience managing Allied Health teams in a community or clinical setting (NDIS preferred)
- Proven ability to consistently meet a profit margin KPI or an equivalent achievement based on profit.
- Proven ability to grow an Allied Health division whilst achieving productivity, profitability and quality targets.
- Proven ability to establish a high performance culture and positive morale.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding leadership, inspiration and motivation to your team members.
- Proven ability to develop job descriptions, policies, procedures and service delivery models and manuals which match contract and ORS requirements.
- Proven ability to work with Learning & Development departments to ensure evidence-based practices are being implemented across the division.
- Proven ability to represent ORS to external parties such as presenting at conferences, liaising with government agencies, contractual partners etc.
- Proven ability to action complaints and ensure appropriate resolution that meets the needs of all parties involved, including the development of continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent performance management, coaching and performance improvement skills and experience.
- Strong financial and business acumen and understanding of financial reporting and strategic planning.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect operational and corporate services teams together as required for ongoing business improvement.
- Ability to understand the skills of each allied health division and how they can work together in a multi-disciplinary approach to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with an ability to continually advance all operations to ensure that ORS remains a market differentiator and a leader within allied health services.
- Masters level qualifications in Allied Health or Business
