This is a great starter role within Bullivants for someone looking to develop their career. Based onsite at **Bullivants Eastern Creek**across a Monday - Friday roster this is a **permanent, full-time opportunity.**

**About the role**:

- Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders daily
- Processing and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions
- Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment
- Ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
- Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageous
