To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a
**Production Surveillance Lead **to join our team.
**The Role**
**Reporting to the Production Optimisation Manager,** you will provide leadership and direction to develop strategy and build internal capability of the team. You will oversee and execute defined processes to safely and continuously optimise production to produce and support delivery of the short-term production forecast.
Additionally, you will integrate with Operations to operate and maintain assets safely and effectively, and aligned with asset goals and priorities.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
**In addition you will**:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Manage the workloads and priorities for the teams and ensure support to Operations is aligned with asset goals and priorities.
- Manage field surveillance activities to improve the safety, reliability, availability and efficiency of wells, reservoirs and facilities.
- Monitor Arrow’s production system, data and short term forecast to deliver validated and allocated production data, deferment classifications and emissions management.
- Reconcile production reports to drive optimisation of water and gas production.
- Manage the development of short-term production forecasts with the input of production data, reservoir and gathering/network models, equipment specifications and workover scopes.
**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:
- University degree or other professional qualification;
- Demonstrable experience in production-related disciplines in the oil & gas industry, preferably CSG;
- Skills in integrating across teams/functions and ability to deliver results from others without formal organisational-reporting relationships;
- Experience with managing priorities and stakeholders across multiple assets and projects;
- High level of familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards;
- Skills in well and reservoir surveillance and optimisation, IPSM modelling, forecasting and hydrocarbon accounting;
- Proven skills in mentoring and developing technical staff;
