We are looking for a** Sales Recruitment Team Leader**to join our in-house Talent Acquisition **Team in our Byron Bay HQ.**

Our Talent Acquisition Consultants play an important role in getting the best new talent into our National Sales team, to continue our rapid growth. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working from our Byron Bay office.

We are looking for a Sales Recruitment Manager to join our in-house recruitment team in Byron Bay. Our Talent Acquisition Consultants play an important role in getting the best new talent into our National Sales team, to continue our rapid growth. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working from our Byron Bay office.

**Under the direction of the Managing Directors, you will**:

- Manage and oversee the recruitment process across our 18 sales offices
- Manage the three junior Sales Recruiters and their day to day tasks and responsibilities
- Manage our External Recruitment Advertising platforms such as Seek and Indeed - Including but not limited to; costs, employer branding, employee reviews and overall effectiveness of our job ads
- Collect interview feedback and assist new recruits in their new career at Smart Energy
- Use an ATS system (We use Lever)
- Generate weekly reports and offer weekly recruitment updates to Senior Management

**Ideally we are looking for someone who**:

- A genuine passion to want to find the best talent, and to learn and build a career in recruitment
- 1+ years experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or call centre would be ideal
- High energy and motivated
- Experience managing a team
- Ideal for those individuals looking to take a step up in their career.
