**About Us**:
Join our Roads and Traffic Team at Sutherland Shire Council, we are committed to serving our community and ensuring public safety through effective regulation and enforcement. As an Authorised Officer - Roads & Traffic, you will play a vital role in upholding standards and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Authorised Officer, you will be responsible for conducting foot patrols to enforce parking compliance, investigate illegal activities, and address traffic-related offences. You will work closely with the community and local authorities to maintain order and safety on public streets and designated areas

**As an Authorised Roads & Traffic Officer, you should possess**:

- A valid NSW Driver's Licence
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to comply with procedures and policies

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated within 2 weeks of job ad closing.
- **Package**:$69,785 - $77,297 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. (Plus weekend penalty rates as worked).
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time and Temporary Full Time opportunities available. Working 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight. _Applicants must be available to work a range of shifts across a 7 day spread._
