We have seven stores across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and we've recently opened our newest store in Gold Coast.

**What You Will Work On**:

- Develop and execute an e-commerce growth strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for retail and trade.
- Analyze customer touchpoints and build advanced journey canvas and segmentation to share with the paid media team.
- Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical elements of the website to improve SEO and site performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand & Partnership Specialist and Customer Success Specialist, to build a Remarkable outdoor furniture community.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce and CRM trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate these into our campaigns.
- Report on the performance of e-commerce campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

We get it, life can be hectic, so we're offering a flexible and family-friendly work environment. Most of the work will be remote, so you can work from the comfort of your home or a cozy cafe. But when a photoshoot quest is coming, you will need to go to the store and assist stephen. If you're in the area, you're welcome to pop into any of our stores located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast.

Although we're a highly-functioning company, we strive to work asynchronously as much as possible. There may be some need for collaboration outside of regular office hours, but we'll work together to find the best solution.
