We are looking for a reliable, friendly, outgoing people person who has some computer skills and is willing to learn. Experience in customer service, phone sales, admin roles, executive assistant, reception or simply having a bubbly happy extrovert personality are all bonuses.

We seek a Casual admin team member (likely promoted to permanent part/full time in the future), to join expanding Functional Medicine practice. Initially you would work 2+ days a week on a regular roster, however in the future you could be full time if you desire it.

Your role will be admin related and also involve standard reception duties. We are a premium clinic and our patients demand the best from us, so you must be proactive and be able to multi task. You need to be professional and demonstrate understanding and maturity.

You will be directly supporting our healthcare providers and demanding patients, in a busy workplace.

Typical work day is 8:30am to 4:30pm, 1 to 5 days a week, though this is negotiable. We are open until 6pm on Thursdays as well, though that is not required of you.

Our busy practice is expanding and if you're a good fit, there will be room to grow to a more senior admin role in the future, or transition to handling our social media, or move to a sales role as we expand our offerings. You need to be happy though being in a busy admin, executive assistant, receptionist type role to start.

If you can add value to the practice, we can discuss a bonus structure in the future as well.

Full training provided. No medical reception or admin experience required, though that is a bonus. Flexibility with your work hours and days a plus, to cover sick colleagues, though you would likely have a regular schedule of shifts. Having an interest in holistic medicine a big plus. Looking after your own health is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, admin, sales or reception a plus.

Your role will be the first point of contact patients and potential patients have with our clinic so you need to be a good match, a compassionate listener to patient's stories, be self reliant, take ownership of problems and use initiative and common-sense to solve them, be a quick learner, handle pressure well, enjoy being busy, and have a "can do" attitude. A good attention to detail and warm welcoming personality are highly regarded.
