**Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager**

Bayer Consumer Health is looking for a creative forward thinking Social Media & Influencer Manager, who can be the voice of our brands in the social space.

Providing parental leave coverage up to 12 months. You will be comfortable stepping into an established role and bringing your own ideas to our marketing team.

You will be able to strike the perfect balance between being able to produce content designed to inspire and educate our consumers whilst also having the project management skills and attention to detail to manage crisis and risk.

Taking the reins of our social strategy for our diverse consumer health portfolio, you will work with brands that are well loved, highly recognisable and found in many Australian households including Berocca, Elevit, Claratyne, Canesten, Naprogesic, and Rennie just to name a few

The duties are varied as you will work across multiple product portfolios, working closely Brand Managers and the wider marketing team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Owning the social media content strategy, with input from the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers
- Utilise audience personas, consumer shopper journey insights, research and data as well as your own knowledge to build upon contents trends and develop impact content for our brands.
- Develop social assets fit for format across Meta and TikTok.
- Utilise social productions tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative suite.
- Work with relevant agency partners and brands to create content calendars, covering recommended creative pillars as well as scheduling
- Manage the end to end creation process, managing reviews, approvals and postings in line with the content calendar.
- Manage the posting/publishing of content to key social media channels where required.
- Work with our Medical Information team and partners to provide community management on our social media channels.
- Lead crisis/risk management process for influencer activity and social media based on TGA requirements, company guidelines and policies around event reporting.
- Liaise with our creative and media agencies on all things social, ensuring that our brand identities are reflected in Influencer and social content and our scheduling compliments our media and retail plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive social best practice
- Use platform tools to effectively assess and report on our social media activity to make meaningful improvements

To be successful in this position, we would be looking for:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role for a large complex multi-national company.
- A strong understanding of our Bayer consumer health brands
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- First class creative skills
- Advanced skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- In depth knowledge of customer journeys and analytics
