Our Client is a well-established organisation who pride themselves in their high-performing culture and friendly team environment. They are industry leaders across Australia who are seeking a Billing Officer to join their Billing team of 4 on a permanent basis. Located close to home in Richmond working a maximum of 2 days in the office, this role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a close-knit team.

**Position Description**

Supporting the accounts team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Processing invoices
- Reviewing and cross-checking invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Handling client queries and credit requests
- Supporting the wider accounts team
- Raising credits and weekly reporting
- Adhoc admin duties

***
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar billings and administration position along with the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience within healthcare highly advantageous
- Experience using Tech1 highly advantageous
