The role in a nutshell

Take ownership of your own OSHClub service ( 100+ children) and lead a team to provide a fun and quality program built by the children, for the children.

**Excellent career development opportunities**: The world is your oyster and we will support you to get where you want to go. Be part of a dynamic global team with progression opportunities from service to leadership roles and beyond, and a national Academy designed just for your needs.

**Work-life balance (don’t work weekends or excessive hours)**: Working in our services offers great flexibility and excellent opportunities to achieve a sustainable work-life balance.

**Training and professional development - we invest in you**: We offer continued personal and professional development throughout your career through tailored capability programs.

**Exclusive benefits and rewards program**: Every team member has access to our rewards program which includes exclusive special offers and discounts on food, petrol, movie tickets, theme parks, experiences, dining, travel and much more We also reward you for your hard work through incentives, and even more rewards when you refer people in your network to come join the JAG family

What to expect

You’ll be running your OSHClub service, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with our schools and partners.

**As a guide**: Before School Care runs (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), and After School Care (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM), as well as paid administration hours to total 38 hours per week.
