**The Role - Full-time role based in Merrylands**

The Home Care People Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring compliance for all home care employees in the assigned regions. This role supports the strategic growth and sustainability of home care services by implementing key targets and responsibilities, including expanding the home care business within the regions.

The position involves close collaboration with the Area Manager Home Care and Retirement Living or Regional Manager Home Care to provide leadership, vision, and management of home care employees across the Sydney and Western regions. The People Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of SCC’s Strategic Plan and the integration of Aged Care Quality Standards.

Additionally, the role ensures adherence to SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, legislation, and industry practices

If you have any workplace training experience that would be a bonus, but we will train you

Ready to lead, inspire, and make every day a little brighter?
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Well-developed leadership skills with a demonstrated experience building and retaining a high performing and engaged team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Up to date computer skills including use of Microsoft Office and electronic rostering
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs of the elderly
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Community Services, Health or equivalent
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Certificate 4 in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent
- Clean driver's license
