**About the role**

The role of the eCommerce Coordinator is to support the ECCO O&O and 3PM divisions of the digital channel to ensure successful digital marketing execution to ensure growth in conversion and revenue.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Affiliate Marketing**:

- Work with affiliate partners, ecommerce team to manage existing and build new affiliate relationships.
- End to end management of placements, setting up of CPA’s, flat fees and all billing requirements.
- Monitor performance and use analytic tools to report on outcomes on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

**Marketplace**:

- Build effective relationships with third party platforms.
- Work with the ecommerce team to optimise gross margin across all third-party platforms.
- Look for new marketplace opportunities and areas for growth and expansion.
- Day to day operations which includes adding new materials, updates to material features and benefits and pricing checks.
- Set up promotions on marketplace platforms and ensuring timing is as internally discussed.
- Manage the marketplace customer service on all platforms.
- Process returns on a regular basis.

**General Ecommerce**:

- Support the recently acquired NZ business with general e-commerce tasks as required.
- Support the AU eCommerce team with daily tasks as needed.

**Social Media**:

- Create paid social media ads and monitor performance.
- Deliver regular reporting on social media performance and provide insights on ways to improve performance.
- Assist with the monitoring and moderation of the social media platforms and own community engagement.

**Skills & Experience**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- 2+ years’ experience working on an ecommerce website.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or equivalent highly desirable.
- Experience working with third party platforms and partnerships.
- Basic proficiency in essential digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, G Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience with working on Meta and customer engagement.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills required.
- A positive and engaging communication style.
- Ability to build strong relations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
