**Export Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

This role reports to the General Manager of Export & Market Development and can be based in Surry Hills office regularly but will travel to Warriewood at times. In line with our Flexfit policy. We are open to discussing how we can accommodate you, both in terms of location and work pattern.

This role is a 12 month fixed term role with potential to be extended beyond that.

**What will you do?**
- Order & Rebate Management - Process customer orders and reconcile rebates accurately.
- Marketing Support - Assist in trade, consumer, and new product marketing plans tailored for the Chinese market.
- Sales Planning - Contribute to annual marketing plans, JBPs, SMAPs, QBRs, and ATL/BTL activities for Chinese consumers and distributors.
- Customer Engagement - Handle customer service enquiries and participate in occasional store visits.
- Digital Marketing - Collaborate with agencies to create content for Chinese platforms like WeChat and RED (Xiaohongshu).
- Market & Competitor Analysis - Evaluate product performance and competitor activity in Australia and China to inform strategy.
- Budget & Financial Support - Assist with budget accruals and monitor performance against targets.
- Channel Strategy Execution - Oversee pricing, launches, and promotions across key channels (e.g., Sam’s Club, Chemist Warehouse, Duty Free).

**Who are you?**
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate course in Marketing, Business Administration or Business Studies, Commerce.
- Prior internship or work experience with exposure to eCommerce or Digital Commerce related operations. This role is a good opportunity for early careers.
- Good understanding or basic knowledge on eCommerce and Social Media channels for community.
- Possess a local driving license for client meetups and possess local working rights at the point of employment
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) and good command in English
- A strong communicator, you work cross-functionally and can manage the relationship with external agencies.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to coordinate large trade events and execute marketing plans.
