**Position overview**

BSA|APS is seeking a Building Service Technician to join our projects and service delivery team.

This role will involve project and service commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting, sales assistance, repair and project management support for our clients' BMS (Building Management Systems) assets.

**Position responsibilities**
- Effectively diagnosing problems and performing service work on BMS / controls for HVAC systems
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Programming, commissioning and maintenance on various BMS systems including EasyIO, Tridium, JCI and Distech
- Assisting with engineering of BMS projects under guidance of senior BMS engineers.
- Attending call-outs
- Assistance in the sales process and project management
- Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping updated with latest changes and advances in HVAC control systems and technology
- Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations of ethical behavior according to company values

**To be a part of the team, we require**
- Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering Degree or HVAC trade qualification or equivalent qualification by experience
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Hold a current Driving License
