**Position overview**
We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the position of Service Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager - HVAC Service for our maintenance, repair and minor projects business in WA. This senior role drives operational excellence of an assigned team of technicians and supervisors to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients and meet financial and non-financial outcomes for the business.

**Position responsibilities**
- Drive safety initiatives and culture within the assigned team.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team leaders, technicians, apprentices and others in the delivery of high-quality service to customers.
- Manage reviews for all business assigned, set and monitor goals for revenue, gross margin delivery and profitability
- Manage service delivery outcomes and ensure resources and technical support is available for monthly work volumes and compliance.
- Performs minor service project management within business assigned by assisting with estimating, scheduling, resourcing, material logistics, ensuring performance standards, and customer expectations are achieved.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with other functional business areas (Service Projects, Account Management, Administration, and Scheduling) to achieve overall business objectives
- Drive labour and material growth and identify sales leads through the field team.
- Recruits, hires, and retains service field team staff.
- Coaches, mentors and develops staff
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar broad, stand-alone role with trade qualifications or degree/diploma in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with BMS, IoT and energy improvement strategies will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Prior management of a team of service technicians is a must
- Previous similar experience in the building services, asset maintenance sectors is required.
- Valid driver’s license and car to commute in WA.
- Service focused and hands-on professional with a natural drive to ‘get things done’.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and time management skills.
