As an experienced **Accounts Officer**, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our dealership. Your keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure that all financial processes run smoothly. **Part

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank accounts, statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs.
- Assist in payroll processing and compliance reporting.
- Support end-of-month financial reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Provide support to the finance team and other departments as required.

**About You**
- Experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable essential.
- Proven experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
