Pratek Automotive Pty Ltd is seeking you to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW. The role will be for people looking to work 2-3 days a week.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Accounts Officer** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **accounts payable** and ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
- Oversee **accounts receivable**, including billing and payment follow-ups
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve account issues
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation and management
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, jobs and workshop arrangements
- Maintaining and ordering workshop supplies as needed
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects when required

**What we're looking for**
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB (training provided)
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach

Pay: $53,389.75 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

- Arndell Park NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
