We are looking to speak with a talented People and Culture (P&C) Business partner to join our high-performing team for a parental leave cover based in our Sydney Head Office on Castlereagh Street. **The Opportunity**
- Join our team as a People & Culture Business Partner on a contract. In this pivotal role, you will work across the full employment cycle to support the implementation of strategic people plans, driving business growth, accelerating talent, and fostering an inclusive and unique employee experience. Collaborating with the Centres of Excellence and the People & Culture Leadership team, you will be part of the leadership team for your group. You will coach and partner with the General Managers and their teams to optimise culture, enhance engagement, and build high-performance teams.
- Key responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a confidant and sounding board to the General Managers on people & culture matters.- Strategic Alignment: Participate in business planning and align workforce strategies with business objectives.- Leadership Development: Enhance leadership capability through coaching and building leadership effectiveness.- Collaboration: Partner with Centres of Excellence to design and implement best practice people & culture solutions.- Program Delivery: Support the delivery and embedding of enterprise people & culture programs (e.g., performance management, remuneration, leadership development).- Workforce Planning: Shape the future workforce through strategic planning and organisational design.- Transformational Initiatives: Participate in people & culture workstreams for transformational change initiatives, including M&A and structural optimisation.

**About you**
- With a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, economics or psychology, you’re recognised as a trusted, credible and collaborative People & Culture Business Partner, with experience across a large complex organisation or professional services organisation. With the ability to communicated with impact, and establish trust with leadership at all levels, you will demonstrate technical HR skills across the full suite of the employment lifecycle including:
- Case Management across ER/IR environments- Proven transformational change program participation- People Strategy & capability development- Leadership Coaching
