We're looking for individuals who are passionate about conservation, land management and working collaboratively. Your planning and leadership skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your teams will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.
**To be successful in the role, you will also have**: - Strong leadership, collaboration and engagement skills. - Ability to manage core environmental programs including annual fire, pest and management planning programs as well regular protected area tenure matters. - Experience and understanding of operating in a legislative and policy framework to deliver core environmental programs. - Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders of program delivery and management planning, particularly First Nation communities. - Strong problem solving and resolution skills. - High level writing, communication, systems management and reporting skills.
