This will involve the capacity to identify, implement and monitor systems to promote performance management, ethical behaviour decisionmaking and professional development. It will include high-level commitment and ability to build and sustain effective working relationships, consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, and high-level objective and analytical problem solving, project management and research skills. Your strong administrative and financial management practices will assist you in understanding department process and procedure and maintain positive budget outcomes.
