We are currently looking for a Team Leader to assist and manage the Careers Team; keen to motivate, provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure that their team is successful together.

**The Role**
- Assisting and managing day-to-day operations of the Careers team
- Assist Senior management in recruitment and retention strategies
- Onboarding newly hired Course & Careers Advisors (CCAs)
- Provide continuous training and coaching to team members
- Drive the team to reach individual and team targets
- Monitor processes regarding student course enquiries and withdrawals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve student experience throughout all parts of student life cycle
- Work alongside senior management team to ensure organisational goals are met

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan at a strategic level, manage projects, meet deadlines within a complex and changing environment
