**Search Education** is seeking a **results-driven Education Counsellor** to join our growing **education and migration team** in Sydney. This role is focused on **sales and client conversion**—engaging with prospective students, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the best education options in Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills, education counselling experience, and cultural understanding of **Malaysian or Indonesian** student markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with prospective students (in-person, online, or by phone)
- Understand students’ education and migration goals, and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into successful enrolments
- Follow up with leads, respond to enquiries, and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the migration team on visa-related matters
- Participate in webinars, outreach events, and marketing campaigns
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets and contribute to the team’s success

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in international student counselling or education sales
- Proven ability to convert leads into enrolments
- Fluent in **English** and **Chinese (Mandarin)**:

- **Malaysian or Indonesian background preferred**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-focused and results-oriented with follow-up discipline
- Based in Sydney and **legally allowed to work in Australia** (student visa holders welcome)
