We are looking for a results-driven **Education Counsellor** to join our education and migration team in Sydney. Your primary focus will be **sales and client conversion**—engaging with prospective students, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the best education options in Australia.

This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills and experience in international education sales, particularly in the **Philippine market**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in international student counselling
- Proven ability to **convert leads into successful enrolments**:

- Fluent in **English and Tagalog** (a **third Philippine dialect** is a plus: e.g., Bisaya, Ilocano, Kapampangan)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Must be **based in Sydney** and **legally eligible to work in Australia -**we accept student visa holders.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct **consultations with prospective students** (in person, online, or via phone)
- Understand students' goals and match them with suitable **courses and institutions**:

- Handle **sales conversion** from initial inquiry to confirmed enrolment
- Follow up leads, respond to enquiries, and maintain a strong **sales pipeline**:

- Educate clients on the **education and visa pathways** (migration team will assist with visa side)
- Participate in **events, webinars, and outreach campaigns** targeting the Filipino market
- Meet **monthly enrolment targets** and contribute to the agency’s growth

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
