Newly created role, suitable for a marketing graduate or student, part time hours configured to suit you. The role could become full-time.
- Permanent part-time role, 24 hours per week configured to suit you across 3, 4 or 5 days
- Could become a full-time role in 9-12 months
- European multinational, medical service provider, work at either Northmead or Mascot locations.
- $32-38 per hour plus superannuation, annual bonus, onsite parking at either site, and hybrid working after probation.

Australian subsidiary of a European multinational organisation, who provide medical services to a diverse customer base across multiple locations throughout NSW.

**The role**
Reporting to the Group Administration Manager, this newly created role executes marketing initiatives in collaboration with the social media and medical team, to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience and contribute to the growth of the business.

**The responsibilities**:
Your new role involves:

- collaborating with the marketing and social media teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- ensuring marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
- assisting with the coordination and execution of events.
- conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, customer preferences, and proposing marketing ideas and improvements.
- interacting with social media followers and facilitating communication to increase brand awareness.
- supporting development of content, such as blog posts, case studies and videos.

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

- have a marketing degree or be in your final year of studies and ideally have 1-2 years marketing or internship experience.
- have a car to allow you to travel to clinics and events in metropolitan Sydney and Newcastle.
- have a creative mindset and be able to think outside the box.
- be able to work both independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- be a confident communicator, enjoy keeping stakeholders informed and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
