**Job & Company Description**:
A Part-Time **Warehouse Assistant** position is available at our company. They will report to the Warehouse Manager. The mandate of this position is to assist with warehousing/shipping for our Sydney ecommerce warehouse. There are some elements of proactive customer service balanced with a focus on professional service delivery and management of orders. We offer a friendly and casual work environment (shorts and casual wear) and flexible on scheduling. Location is close to the airport in a warehouse strata.

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time on an ongoing basis. We are flexible with the scheduling during the work week (Monday - Friday) and there will be some additional hours when receiving large shipments. *Students Welcome

**Daily Tasks**:

- Assist with the unloading of incoming shipments
- Inventory support: picking, packing, dispatch orders, inventory count, inventory control, record damaged/missing/faulty goods, quality control
- General warehouse duties and cleanliness.
- Experience in logistics and warehouse environment
- The ability to learn quickly, with a high attention to detail
- Be prepared to take ownership and responsibility for their assigned tasks
- Able to operate a walkie forklift (no license required but preferred)
- Physically fit, must be able to lift heavy goods (up to ~30kg

- Part-time students are encouraged to apply

**Residency Requirements**:Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only (inc. New Zealand Citizens)
