GM group services is looking for a motivated rostering manager to join our team, you will join a fast paced role providing delivery of professional and effective security assistance services.

**The Role**

The Rostering manager role involves working closely with operations and Site Teams, this includes Client Executives, Operations Managers, Site Security Managers.You will have the ability to learn in a fast paced, high pressure role. Staff are required to roster all sites adequately and accurately, in addition to filling in sick leave and gaps within the rosters with a quick turn around time.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and resolve operational issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel.
- Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds.
- Highly organised with strong administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staff schedules.
- Reliable and works well under pressure whilst committing to deadlines.
- The ability to work autonomously by demonstrating initiative but also working well in a team environment.

**Salary**: $51,968.52 - $104,107.04 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
