We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. Based in our Head Offices in Abbotsford you will not only be surround with beautiful shoes, but be a part of a supportive, inclusive, and growing accountancy and finance team.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Working closely with the Wholesale team and acting as the key Finance representative within the business for collection of funds from our Wholesale clients.
- Represent MFG through a high level of customer support and communication regarding the financial accounts and credit control
- Generating invoices and account statements;
- Performing account reconciliations;
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;
- Allocating and receipting of payments;
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries;
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- ensuring all queries and requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner

What Will You Bring To This Role?
- You are a passionate Accounts Receivable professional. You have an eye for detail and bring an ability to work with high volume account reconciliations in a friendly and professional manner.
- You have worked in an Accounts Receivable role for 3+ years
- You will have experience in a complex, fast paced business environment (Retail/Wholesale is preferred, but not essential)
- If you have used, or know Infor M3 this would be a great advantage
- You love to work with clients, stakeholders, and your team to achieve epic customer experience in a friendly and professional way every time.
- You are a team player, love shoes and have had retail or wholesale industry experience

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. We want you to grow and mature with the rest of the organisation.
