**Front Office Supervisor**

Corporate Living Accommodation is an exciting new brand in the accommodation sector.

Our serviced apartment hotel at Abbotsford is buzzing with long and short-term travellers enjoying all Melbourne has to offer for both work-convenience and recreation.

We now need an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to take the lead for our new brand, delivering outstanding customer service.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

The main responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day operations of the front office team, providing training and development as well as being hands-on in a number of activities:

- Managing occupancy and room allocations.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and upgrade.
- Invoicing and accounts receivable, settlement of accounts and some administration.
- Handling and resolving complaints.
- Training others in the operations of the reception area.

You thrive on providing exceptional customer service and providing personalised experiences for guests. You enjoy anticipating guest needs, making suitable recommendations for their stay.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in an accommodation business.
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills accommodation/reservation software
- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to multitask

Applicants must have unlimited rights to work in Australia.

Must have the ability to work on a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays if required.

**Salary**: From $24.76 per hour
