Position Purpose
- To ensure marketing activities are in line with all brands’ identity and imagery; ensure smooth execution of overall operations.
- Strengthen all brands’ marketing presence and position.

Key Responsibilities
Planning Function
- Support in the analysis of market data and sales trends to set up annual budget in terms of revenue, expenditures and profitability
- Assist to create and develop marketing plans aligned to the Company’s direction, including measures to measure the results of each activity
- Execute initiatives under the defined business plan to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals.

Operational
- Effectively execute marketing activities according to marketing calendar and in line with budget, ensuring positive return on investment
- Assist to keep track of outcomes in relation to sales targets and periodic sales forecasts to ensure achievement of goals
- Prepare monthly sales reports that summarize sales achievement, marketing activity updates and competitive landscape for submission to principal
- Manage, control and implement optimum merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines
- Assist in preparation of biannual Retailer Strategy Meetings
- Assist in preparation for regional market visits from principal & internal senior executives.

Liaison
- Liaise with respective principal in delivering a consistent brand image and executing marketing programs i.e. marketing campaigns, product launches, PR events, etc.
- Liaise with respective regulatory consultants to ensure that all practices comply with regulations
- Liaise with local partners, including retailers, media agencies, PR agencies and print suppliers, to ensure business milestones are met
- Liaise with internal organisation to ensure all SOPs are in place

New Business & Brands
- Assist to plan and organise operational requirements and enhance brand development
- Ensure effective implementation of new businesses and brand

**Requirements**:
Education/Experience
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Brand Management, Retail Marketing, preferably in a beauty retail environment (Digital Marketing expertise is a plus)

Skills Required
- A good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyse market data, and conduct consumer research
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Can handle many projects at once from ideation and creation, to working effectively in a cross functional team through execution in an accurate, well-organised, and timely manner
- Self-starter that is entrepreneurial and takes ownership of projects

- Demonstrates thorough behavioural knowledge of Company vision & values, and acts consistently in a manner that reflects those values
- Strong market sense (local and international), and insight in grasping key issues affecting the Company
