**Summary**

We're D1, Australia's One and Only DJI Authorised Retail Stores, with 8 Retail outlets across Australia with it's HQ located in Brunswick.

We are essentially looking for a dedicated and hard-working administrator to work within and closely with our team of repair technicians to handled quotations, paperwork & inventory. The job involves a range of different responsbilities with excellent job rotation and abilities to learn new skills (including SAP).

Whilst you may start in this role, there are always new roles opening up with opportunity to continue to upskill whether you wish to learn sales, marketing, warehouse, inventory, accounting & more Leadership opportunities are also available that comes with additional perks.

Daily Responsibilities
- Data entry of repair cases & quotations for repairs.
- Maintaining Inventory levels of repair parts and trade-in drones.
- Find new ways to improve efficiencies in the work flow.

Team Building
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Education and/or Experience
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.

**Essential Skills**:

- Needs good data entry skills.
- Needs good technical knowledge of all things drone.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Must be goal-oriented and be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
