**About the Client**
Our large NSW State Government client works with vulnerable communities to ensure they have access to affordable, quality housing.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple Administration Support Officers with Housing experience to join their team in Miranda. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team.

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:

- Deliver professional and empathetic frontline customer service
- Cover Reception as required
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- High volume processing of information and data into the system
- Preparation of documentation including presentation material and reports
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings contributing ideas and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this assignment you will have the following:

- Previous Reception or Administration Support experience
- Community / Social services experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable clients
- Professional, resilient with an empathetic nature
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
