**Your Role: Retail Security Officer.**As a Retail Security Officer, you will:

- ** Be the Face**:Create a welcoming and safe environment for customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- ** Safety First**:Ensure a secure atmosphere for staff and customers, prioritising their well-being.
- ** Vigilant Monitoring**: Observe retail operations, deter suspicious activities, and respond to incidents swiftly.
- ** Informative Reporting**: Provide detailed reports on potential and actual threats to senior management.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and successful team.

**Requirements**:To excel in this role, you should have:

- Current NSW Security Licence (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (required)
- Police Check (required)
- Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills (Highly Desirable)
- Physical fitness to fulfill duties and stand for long periods
- A Friendly and Customer-Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
