**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff rosters.
- Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative materials as needed.
- Support the team with general tasks, such as filing, data entry, and case noting.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organisations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (**required**).
