**The Role**
As the **Trades Team Leader **, you will be responsible for the management of our internal trades team servicing our Residential Government Contract. You will work along side the Contract Manager to provide a strong service in maintenance.

This role is based across the **Newcastle / Central Coast Region, NSW.**
- Manage a team of trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers etc.) providing maintenance works to our clients sites
- KPI / SLA Adherence
- Client and Internal reporting
- Safe work culture
- Relationship building and Client engagement
- Provide Technical Support
- Adhere to budget constraints from the client
